Karumba pilotage area

The Karumba pilotage area is the area of—

  1. waters at the high-water mark consisting of the following—
    • the Norman River and connected waterways system from the head of navigation to the river mouth
    • the waters within a 10n mile radius of the north head of the Norman River entrance; and
  2. the navigable waters of rivers and creeks flowing, directly or indirectly, into the waters mentioned in paragraph (a).
