Civil construction activities that will possibly impact vessel operations may be required to submit a marine execution plan (MEP).
The purpose of the MEP is to ensure the Regional Harbour Master is aware of the commercial activities that are being undertaken within Brisbane and Southport.
This will provide key information if required for the release of a Notice to Mariner, to deconflict with other key activities and in the event of extreme weather.
