Boating facilities in Queensland listed by district and local government area

Transport and Main Roads provides boat launching ramps, floating walkways, pontoons and jetties throughout Queensland. These facilities are managed and maintained by the local government, port authority or other local entity.

This list contains facilities owned by Transport and Main Roads, plus facilities owned and operated by other entities. While Transport and Main Roads maintains regular inspections of facilities it owns, there is no regular reporting on the serviceability or availability of facilities owned by other entities.

A variety of facilities and conditions exist at each site and some of these are outlined in the list above. Every attempt has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, however, conditions may alter from time to time and infrequent users should seek local advice to confirm details and conditions.
