Boating facilities in Queensland listed from south to north.
For the benefit of the boating public Maritime Safety Queensland provides boat launching ramps, jetties and pontoon facilities throughout Queensland. These facilities are managed and maintained by the local authority or, in some cases, the water management authority.
There are other facilities available to the public that are owned by local authorities and private entities that are not listed here as there is no regular reporting on their serviceability or availability.
A variety of facilities and conditions exist at each site and these are outlined in the above tables. Every attempt has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, however, conditions may alter from time to time and infrequent users should contact the relevant local authority for confirmation of details.
