The BoatSafe Workbook ('the materials') presented on this website is copyright (c) of the State of Queensland. By downloading the materials the user agrees to the following conditions:- Copyright in the materials presented on this site is retained by the State of Queensland. A user may download, store in cache, display, print and copy the materials in unaltered form only. The materials must only be printed or copied in full colour (as black and white will substantially limit the usefulness of the materials); and

The materials can be purchased for A$10.30 in full colour hard copy version from Queensland Transport customer service centres and Maritime Safety Queensland regional offices. Some BoatSafe training providers may provide the BoatSafe Workbook as part of their course, you will need to check with your selected training provider. All enquiries about copyright should be made to Maritime Safety Queensland.
